Services Division

The Services Affairs Division was established at the end of 2015 within the founding of the college, according to the ministerial letter No.

The Services Affairs Division was established at the end of 2015 within the founding of the college, according to the ministerial 4/4/4263 dated 22/12/2015. Its name was changed in 2019, according to the new organizational structure, to become the Services Affairs Division. It is divided into: the Maintenance and Services Unit, and the IDs and Fingerprint Unit. Since then, it has taken its place among the college’s divisions, with importance equal to the rest, playing a vital role. Its activities are linked to the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs. With pride and dedication, the Services Affairs Division continues to serve the college, its departments, divisions, and units, under the values of loyalty, love, mutual respect, and teamwork, presenting itself in the best image possible.

Vision:
To create a healthy work environment and apply the concept of cleanliness as a culture towards a safe and clean university environment, distinguished by the quality of its services, thereby enhancing the college’s standards and achieving comprehensive quality assurance.

Mission:
Supervising all administrative matters related to the college.

Objectives:
The division works to achieve its vision and mission through:

  • Providing care through maintenance, services, and daily full upkeep of the college’s facilities and buildings.
  • Supervising the cleaning of classrooms and staff offices.
  • Providing all essential and necessary work tools for staff.
  • Ensuring a healthy and suitable work environment for staff.
  • Participating in committees related to the division’s work.
  • Supervising and following up on services related to the design, maintenance, and upkeep of the college gardens.
  • Placing signs, warning labels, and educational instructions across the college’s facilities.
  • Managing contractors, the electronic fingerprint system, ID design, and staff attendance/leave records.
  • Submitting monthly reports through field visits to identify deficiencies, improve performance, and maintain the college’s generators.
  • Receiving the division’s incoming mail and delivering its outgoing mail.
  • Implementing the principle of “occupational safety” across all facilities of the college by providing and distributing fire extinguishers, along with clarifying their types and uses.
  • Removing debris and waste from the college premises and disposing of it at sanitary landfills.
