Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdulqader Mohammed, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics – Al-Hamdaniya University, participated in the defense of a master’s thesis submitted to the Department of Administrative Sciences, College of Administration and Economics, Zakho University.
The thesis was titled:
“The Role of Conscious Leadership in Achieving Organizational Maturity – An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Department Heads in the General Directorates of Zakho Independent Administration”, submitted by Abu Bakr Sharif Yousif.
The defense committee consisted of:
