Established with the founding of the College according to Ministerial Book No. 4263/4/4 dated 22/12/2015, the Services Affairs Division was created at the end of 2015. According to the new structure in 2019, its name was changed to become the Services Affairs Division, divided into: the Maintenance and Services Unit and the IDs and Biometrics Unit. It has since taken its place among the College’s divisions, as its importance is no less than that of other divisions and it plays a vital role therein. All its activities are linked to the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs. The Services Affairs Division is pleased and proud to continue serving the College, its departments, divisions, and units through those in charge of it, as one family and under important values: Loyalty, Affection, Mutual Respect, and transforming it into its most splendid form.
- Vision: For the Division to achieve a healthy work environment and implement a cleanliness program as a culture towards a clean and ideal university environment, through excellence in the field of its work activities befitting the elevation of the College’s level and the achievement of comprehensive quality assurance.
- Mission: Supervising all administrative matters related to the College.
- Objectives: The Division works to achieve its vision and mission through:
- Undertaking the care, maintenance, and daily full upkeep of the College’s facilities and buildings.
- Supervising the cleaning works of the halls and rooms of the College’s affiliates.
- Providing all basic and necessary needs of suitable work tools for the College’s affiliates.
- Providing a healthy and suitable work climate for the College’s affiliates.
- Participating in the membership of committees related to the work of the College’s division.
- Supervising and following up on the necessary services for the design, maintenance, and upkeep of the College’s gardens.
- Placing motivational plaques and signs, and instructional guides in all the College’s corridors and buildings.
- Following up with contractors, the electronic biometric file, ID design, and the attendance and departure of the College’s affiliates.
- Submitting monthly reports through field visits to identify points of failure for the purpose of improving performance and maintaining assets in the College.
- Receiving the Division’s mail (incoming) and delivering the Division’s mail (outgoing).
- The principle of occupational safety for all corridors and buildings of the College by providing fire extinguishers, distributing them, and clarifying their types and uses.
- Removing debris and waste from within the College campus and placing them in sanitary landfill sites.
