- Objectives:
- Preparing engineering project plans and following up on the financial allocation for those projects within the consultancy plan projects.
- Supervising and following up on the progress of work in projects under implementation (consultancy plan projects / regional development projects).
- Auditing and following up on project completion percentages.
- Preparing monthly follow-up reports on the progress of work in projects under implementation.
- Conducting field visits to projects and solving problems for old buildings.
- Preparing quantity schedules and plans for engineering projects.
- Auditing quantity schedules and plans sent to the university before their approval in the engineering projects plans.
