Activities Unit

• Overview of the Formation: The formation of the Activities Unit in the College of Administration and Economics aims to enhance a comprehensive and integrated educational environment where activities are considered an essential part of academic development. The unit aims to organize and coordinate academic, cultural, social, and research activities that contribute to expanding students’ horizons and enhance their practical and social skills, in addition to enhancing cooperation between students and faculty members.
• Vision: To become an innovative and influential center in providing academic and non-academic activities that enhance personal and professional growth.
• Mission: The Activities Unit in the College of Administration and Economics seeks to provide a set of activities aimed at enhancing students’ skills and developing their capabilities through organizing academic, social [events], and [others]. The unit also works to provide a non-traditional educational environment that encourages creativity and teamwork and enhances the exchange of knowledge and experiences between students and faculty members, which contributes to developing students as qualified individuals for the labor market and society.
• Objectives:
  1. Coordinating academic and administrative activities: Organizing workshops, lectures, and academic discussion panels related to economic and administrative fields.
  2. Enhancing cooperation between students and faculty members: Organizing meetings and events that contribute to activating interaction between the academic staff and students.
  3. Supporting research activities: Organizing research events such as student conferences and research competitions aimed at stimulating students’ thinking.
  4. Utilizing technology: Using e-learning platforms to organize activities online and support effective communication among all members of the academic community.
  5. Preparing professional activities: Organizing training programs and workshops to develop students’ skills in the fields of management and economics.
