- Unit Work Plan: The work plan of the Government Program Unit involves preparing and organizing all monthly activities of the colleges and centers according to forms issued by the Government Program Unit in the university formations. After verification and data collection, the activities are sent to the Ministry at the end of each month, which encourages investment in expanding governmental and academic colleges.
- Vision: To encourage the development occurring in Iraqi universities to enter international rankings.
- Mission: To elevate the scientific level and emphasize the reality of education by following up and documenting everything related to scientific research, workshops, conferences, seminars, cultural circles, and discussions of student graduation projects presented in the College, to determine the extent of development in the work levels of all items of the government program.
- Objectives:
- Encourage the establishment of governmental technical universities with international standards and quality, and place existing universities under scrutiny to raise the scientific level to that of global sciences.
- Adopt genuine cooperation between Iraqi universities and important global universities through joint study, participant training, exchange of testing methods, outputs of joint scientific research, and other essential matters.
- Consider the entry of Iraqi universities into international rankings as a goal and an indicator of the quality of higher education in Iraq.
