Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs

The Office of the Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs is an essential pillar in the structure of the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Hamdaniya University. It is responsible for managing human resources, financial, and administrative matters in accordance with the regulations and laws of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, thereby ensuring the smooth flow of administrative work and the integrity of financial performance, in support of the College’s scientific and research endeavors.

Since assuming our duties, we have worked to consolidate the principle of transparency and accuracy in all administrative and financial operations. We are seriously striving to develop the work environment by introducing modern management methods, simplifying procedures, and utilizing technology to track administrative and financial files, which facilitates service to the teaching and administrative staff and helps provide a suitable atmosphere for our dear students.

We, in this office, believe that the success of any academic institution depends on the effectiveness of its administration and its alignment with its mission and goals. Therefore, we work with a team spirit alongside the College Deanship, scientific departments, divisions, and all units to achieve integrated performance and provide the necessary logistical, material, and administrative support to continue our College’s journey toward excellence.

We also seek to elevate the level of services provided by focusing on the human element and developing its capabilities, while encouraging a spirit of belonging and responsibility among employees, so that they become true partners in ensuring the success of the educational process.
