  • Mission: Managing IDs and biometrics to ensure accurate recording of attendance and departure for employees, teaching staff, and students, and facilitating secure and effective access to institutional data, which enhances discipline and administrative efficiency.
  • Objectives:
    1. Ensuring accurate recording of attendance and departure for all College affiliates.
    2. Organizing and issuing university IDs for employees, teaching staff, and students.
    3. Providing an accurate and easily accessible database for monitoring attendance and departure.
    4. Contributing to enhancing institutional discipline within the College.
    5. Supporting all administrative and academic units with accurate data when needed.
  • Tasks:
  • Issuing university IDs for employees, teaching staff, and students.
  • Recording and monitoring attendance and departure using the electronic fingerprint system.
  • Updating data related to IDs and biometrics periodically.
  • Preparing periodic reports on attendance and departure rates and submitting them to the Dean’s Office.
  • Coordinating with other College units to provide accurate data when needed.
  • Addressing any technical or organizational problems related to the fingerprint and ID system.
  • Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring its security.
