Employment, Staffing, and Retirement Unit

  • Mission: The unit seeks to manage and organize staffing, employment, and retirement affairs with high accuracy and transparency, in line with the effective laws and regulations, and in a way that contributes to developing the institutional performance of the College and achieving job stability for affiliates.
  • Objectives:
    1. Ensuring the accuracy of information related to functional staffing and updating it continuously.
    2. Applying ministerial instructions related to employment, staffing, and retirement with all transparency.
    3. Organizing procedures for appointment, transfer, promotion, and service termination according to legal controls.
    4. Preparing statistical reports related to the functional staffing of the College.
    5. Following up on retirement transactions for affiliates in coordination with the relevant authorities.
    6. Enhancing digital transformation in the unit’s work and simplifying administrative procedures.
  • Tasks:
  • Organizing and managing the functional staffing of the College and following up on changes to it.
  • Auditing documents for appointment orders, contracts, transfers, and service termination.
  • Following up on the transactions of employees referred to retirement and completing their legal procedures.
  • Preparing periodic statistics related to staffing, employment, and retirement.
  • Coordinating with the University Presidency and the Ministry of Higher Education regarding functional affairs.
  • Archiving administrative orders related to employment and staffing electronically and in paper form.
  • Responding to inquiries related to the functional and retirement rights and privileges of affiliates.
