- Mission: Providing distinguished financial and administrative services characterized by accuracy, transparency, and speed in completing salary and record transactions, according to the effective laws and instructions, and using modern technical methods to ensure employee satisfaction and improve the work environment.
- Objectives:
- Ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and financial entitlements.
- Continuously updating the administrative and financial records of affiliates.
- Accurately and transparently applying instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and relevant authorities.
- Developing work mechanisms using modern electronic systems.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of financial and administrative information of affiliates.
- Raising the efficiency of the functional staff through continuous training on financial and administrative systems.
- Tasks:
- Preparing and organizing employee salaries monthly and following up on all their entitlements.
- Managing service records for affiliates and updating them periodically.
- Organizing and issuing orders for increments, promotions, and contracts.
- Verifying information related to service and salaries before sending them to higher authorities.
- Preparing periodic reports related to salaries and administrative statistics.
- Following up on basic and functional promotions and other financial benefits.
- Responding to inquiries from affiliates related to salaries and records.
- Safely and systematically storing employees’ administrative files and records.
