- Monitoring and continuously updating the records of employees and teaching staff.
- Ensuring the application of laws and regulations related to employees and teaching staff.
- Facilitating procedures for appointment, promotion, leaves, departure, and secondment.
- Supporting the professional development of employees and teaching staff through training and workshops.
- Preparing statistical and administrative reports related to the affairs of employees and teaching staff.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of administrative and personal information of affiliates.

- Managing the records of employees and teaching staff and following up on updates to them.
- Organizing procedures for appointment, promotion, leaves, retirement, and contracts.
- Following up on legal and financial obligations related to employees and teaching staff.
- Preparing periodic statistical reports related to employees and teaching staff.
- Providing support and guidance to employees and teaching staff regarding their rights and duties.
- Archiving all administrative transactions in an organized and secure manner.
- Coordinating with higher authorities to ensure work proceeds according to regulations and instructions.
